WHAT DOES INDIVIDUAL LEASING MEAN?

Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. So, if a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Please note that common areas are a shared space.

IS THERE AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM?

Yes, we offer a limited number of income-restricted apartment homes, giving income-qualified residents access to comfortable living in a welcoming community. Income limits and eligibility requirements apply. 

Residents can qualify by filling out an housing application and a team member will reach out for additional information. Please note that you cannot apply directly to the program, as units are selected based on specific criteria provided by the program.
